Hospitals grapple with shortage of dye used for CT scans and MRIs

Hospitals around the world are dealing with critical shortages of a dye required for certain medical scans and procedures. Some facilities are asking patients to delay elective treatments to conserve the dye for patients who absolutely need it. Elise Preston reports from New York.
