Dangerous winter storm slams parts of the U.S.

A winter storm, bringing heavy snowfall and freezing temperatures, is sweeping across the Great Lakes region. About 2 feet of snow fell at Highmark Stadium near Buffalo, New York. In Pennsylvania, a disaster declaration was declared as more than 3 feet of snow covered parts of Erie.
